It's Rose! I love my Shiny Gyarados so much and you can get then already evolved in Heart Gold and Soul Silver, I caught the female one and I love her so much.
I think Gyarados is neglected. They can be nice and pleasant or mean, but they just need a good, loving trainer to understand them.
